A longstanding public service leader, CIO Dorothy Aronson says staying up-to-date with the latest technologies is critical to an agency’s success. But getting there means having a flexible IT governance process while also prioritizing people’s happiness. Aronson also highlights HOPPER, an innovation management group that she established to bring innovators together to share their ideas and offer support for one another.
